Hot Stone/Cold Stones/Cupping
These stones made from basalt igneous rock, rich in magnesium and iron, are used to effectively penetrate muscle tissue by warming the muscle to work through deeper layers of tissue. The cold stones are carved from marble and aid in providing a cooling effect to provide balance to the body. Cupping is an ancient treatment modality used to help decrease inflammation, loosen scar tissue and fascia and help increase mobility to the musculoskeletal systems.
